Introduction

This 2-day training course has been designed to enable delegates to gain a full understanding of the changes between issue 8 and 9 relating to the general principles of the requirements of the Standard, including fundamental clauses and statements of intent, and how to undertake a BRCGS audit, including planning and reporting of the audit.

Delegates must have a working knowledge of quality management systems and auditing within the relevant manufacturing sector. Delegates should also have completed a HACCP course of at least two days duration.

Who Should Attend?

Existing BRCGS Auditors (who already hold a Lead Assessor qualification but require training to the current version of the standard), consultants, technical & quality managers from sites who wish to hold an Auditor qualification for Issue 9 and gain an understanding of the BRCGS audit process and the related changes between issue 8 & 9.

Prior Knowledge

It is a BRCGS requirement for all delegates to have:

Downloaded and read a copy of the Global Standard before attending.

Completed a HACCP course of at least two days duration.
