ISO 45003:2021 Psychological health and safety at work

This course focuses on developing the knowledge and practical skills of participants who need to learn more about psychological safety and mental health in the workplace and/or need further specialised knowledge and skills in this area.

The course is designed for people who are responsible for planning, developing, implementing and/or managing mental health programs in their workplace, including implementing and integrating the requirements of ISO 45003:2021 Psychological Health and Safety at work into their organisations existing Health and Safety Management Systems.

There is no prior knowledge or other entry requirements for this course, however knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 OHS Management Systems is an advantage.
