This one-day training course has been designed to enable delegates to gain a full understanding of the changes between issue 8 and 9 relating to the general principles of the Standard, and how to comply with the requirements. Delegates will also gain an understanding of what to expect during the process of certification, and actions needed prior to, during and after the audit, where these have changed.

Prior Knowledge

The delegates should download and read a copy of the new Version 9 Global Standard before attending.

The standard is available from the BRCGS Bookshop.
