Online Cleaning & Sanitisation Course

1 – 1.5 Hours Online (not including assessment)

This course is designed for food industry personnel with responsibility for Food Safety and Quality Management.

There are no entry requirements for this course, although we do also advise the completion of other food safety courses such as Allergens, Shelf Life Validation, Principles and Applications of HACCP or Validation and Verification for a more complete understanding of food safety in the workplace

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

• Develop an effective cleaning and sanitation program
• Describe food safety hazards associated with inadequate or inappropriate cleaning and sanitation
• Develop verification processes to ensure effectiveness and improvement of the program
