Root Cause Analysis basics contains three modules:

  1. The essentials of Root Cause Analysis and its process. (Basics)
  2. How to investigate the root cause and the two basic tools used to conduct a Root Cause Analysis. (Analysis tools)
  3. Different ways of implementing corrective and preventive measures for the identified root cause of the problem. It also covers the practices for monitoring, verification and record keeping. (Root cause correction)

This interactive and self-paced online learning course will enable participants to discover the skills and knowledge to conduct a root cause analysis on a range of processes.
