Lean 6 Sigma Yellow Belt dives deeper into Lean tools and techniques and starts looking into Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC) and is intended for those who would assist and participate in process improvement activities.

The ‘Yellow Belt’ would normally assist the Green or Black Belt who are usually the project lead.

In order to demonstrate a good understanding of the topics discussed, there is an examination on Day 2 of this course. This is a multi-choice open book exam. On successful completion, delegates can call themselves certified Lean 6 Sigma Yellow Belts.
